The story behind…

The wish to relive the beautiful, magic moments of life, and to let them last forever. I think that that is my motivation behind a lot of my art. A memory of a moment when you were pleasantly surprised, or of a beautiful location where you would want to stay forever. Isn’t it nice to recreate something like that in your own way, and enjoy it whenever you want? With art, you can.

I use materials that can reproduce the right sensation, and I use colours that leave an impression on me. For some reason, that’s often the colour blue. In my view, blue is the colour of life. I relive moments that I recall, and make my own magic version of them. I gladly share these moments with you, via my works of art. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
